Tuna Bake with Shrimp ToppingIngredients: 7 ozs Tuna |

Preparation: Flake Tuna in greased baking dish. Combine the eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, onion, celery, cracker crumbs, and melted butter; whisk to blend. Whisk in milk; pour over Tuna. Bake at 325 °F for 60 to 70 minutes, until set and browned. Arrange hot cooked shrimp around edge of casserole. Serve with a seasoned white sauce, if desired. Serves 4 |
