OceansFleet Fisheries' 70,000 square foot seafood processing plant is located in New Bedford, MA. Our facilities include 1 million pounds freezer space, a 60,000 lobster pool and 25,000 square feet of cooler space with room for expansion.
Our building is larger than most fish companies on the South Coast. Scallops and lobsters caught by our privately owned fishing vessels account for approximately 60 percent of our seafood processing plant's volume, assuring the freshest seafood supply possible. Another 40 percent of our seafood is halibut and salmon flown in from Alaska, along with tuna and swordfish much also supplied by our own longliner vessels.
Our seafood is processed and sold under our Blue Marlin Brand and sent to distributors around the USA and worldwide to be enjoyed by the public through supermarkets and restaurants.
